Jacksonville, Newborn Photography: Baby Sireen

November 17, 2017

This sweet baby girl is a real life doll baby! Sireen’s newborn session was wonderful. I felt like I could play dress up with her all day and she even gave me the sweetest smiles!

A long long time ago, Sireen’s mamma and I went to high school together! A few months ago she asked me to photograph her maternity session, which was SO dreamy. You can check that out here: Dina’s Maternity Session. We went out to Congaree and Penn , one of my favorite locations in Jacksonville for a gorgeous session. Vineyards, huge Oak Trees, fields, and a creek- along with a gorgeous mamma in a flowy pink dress, it was breathtaking.

Fast forward to baby girl’s arrival… and Sireen is just as breathtaking as her mom! I loved putting her in all the headbands, and playing with different colors against her flawless skin. Her sweet smiles made my heart melt each time! She didn’t seem to want to miss a moment, staying awake most of the session. This little girl is strong too! She definitely gave me a run keeping her wrapped up! She loved having her hands up by her face, and I’m okay with that. Letting babies do what they feel most comfortable with is important to me. I want them to feel content and happy during their session. It also allows me to capture their mannerisms and characteristics for mom and dad to remember. If it is something they do in my studio, it is likely that it is something they do at home, and a part of their little personalities.

Bright eyes and sweet smiles from this baby girl. That’s what I’ll remember most from her newborn session. I can’t thank her parents enough for trusting me with both their maternity and newborn sessions. I just love getting to see families grow in front of my camera.
